Hotel Sleeps

Last weekend I was attending a wedding in London with my wife. We asked around beforehand for suggestions of good hotels to stay at. The Hoxtons name came up so we checked out the website. As it’s the time of year where the weathers starting to get noticeably colder I’ve started to think about where to go on holiday to get away from the Glasgow gloom. I know that the summer only just ended but it’s good to plan ahead to make things as cheap as possible. I’m looking forward to getting out and about and reviewing more hotels around the world.

As you can see it’s been a while since I stayed at the Point hotel in Edinburgh. I had such a great stay there though that I thought I would add a review. Bear in mind that it may have changed since I visited.

I was looking for a hotel for My wife and I’s first anniversary. I wanted to go to the Witchery but it was booked up so I looked around for something similarly luxurious and decadent. Le Monde looked like it would deliver. Since then I’ve learned to check Trip Advisor first.

I had a joint stag and hen do to go in Edinburgh a few months ago. Trying to get a hotel in Edinburgh in May is not the easiest if left until the last minute like I did. So we went to Lastminute.com and used their secret hotel service.
